Tkx8 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

2. Account Registration & Management

• During registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested to verify your account.

The payment method you add must be registered under the same name as your tkx8 account. Payment methods under a different name will not be accepted and may result in the transaction being declined.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use tkx8 services. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.

• Documents may be requested to verify your age at the time of registration.
• Tkx8 reserves the right to re-verify a user's age at any time if there is reasonable suspicion.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
• Tkx8 reserves the right to restrict services to users from certain countries or regions.

4. Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on tkx8, you are required to read the specific rules for each market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.

• Each bet has a minimum and maximum stake limit — these are displayed on the bet slip.
• Tkx8 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If you are disconnected during live betting, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.
• If a selection in a parlay bet is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Tkx8 may suspend a bet if the outcome of an event is in dispute.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Tkx8 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a set number of wagers (typically 5–30x) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity: Bonuses are valid for a specific period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or events.
• Same User: Each bonus offer is available once per person/device/IP address.
• Bonus abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited.

6. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on tkx8 are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing: Typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal without verification: Withdrawals may be held if your account has not been verified.
• Payment Method Consistency: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same number or method.
• Currency conversion: Currency conversion will be applied at the prevailing market rate where applicable.

In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional verification may be required for large withdrawals. This process may take up to 72 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkx8. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Abusing bonuses or using bonus arbitrage strategies
• Using hacking tools, software bots, or automation tools
• Deliberately exploiting system errors or incorrect odds
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Unauthorized use of tkx8's brand or trademarks
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform

8. Responsible Gaming

Tkx8 believes gaming should be enjoyable, not a source of problems. That's why we provide responsible gaming tools:

11. Dispute Resolution

• If you are not satisfied with a support decision, please follow the escalation process.

• Tkx8 reserves the right to correct any incorrect payouts resulting from a technical error.

12. Changes to Terms & Contact

Tkx8 may partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For major changes, at least 14 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Minor or urgent changes may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
